Before you book

Booking and stay policies.

Hublou Home is a villa in the mountain forest, just a 10-minute walk from the centre. Here you will find booking policies, included facilities and information for your stay.

Payment and cancellation

Your booking is confirmed after full online payment by bank card or Romanian holiday card.
You can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before check-in. After that, payment is non-refundable.
We do not accept stays longer than 30 nights.
A cleaning fee of RON 100 per stay applies to every booking.

Check-in and check-out

Self check-in from 15:00; your access code is sent on the day of arrival. Standard check-in is until 23:00, with later arrivals possible if arranged in advance.
Check-out by 11:00. If the apartment is available, we may offer free late check-out, confirmed on the morning of departure.

House rules

Smoking is prohibited indoors and permitted on the balcony, in the garden and in the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed.
No parties. Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00.
Children of all ages are welcome.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
Visitors may stay until 22:00 but cannot stay overnight without a booking.
Any damage is charged at its actual cost.

Fully equipped kitchen in Apartment 1 and fully equipped kitchenettes in the other apartments and Studio 4.
Memory foam mattresses and, in apartments with a living room, sofa beds with comfortable toppers.
Smart TV in every room, with Netflix included.
High-speed Wi-Fi.
Unlimited purified water, tea and coffee included.
Access to a washing machine, drying area and ironing board.
Sun loungers in the garden.
Gazebo with tables and chairs.
Footballs and basketballs available.

Parking and safety

Free parking in the dedicated spaces in front of the property, subject to availability.
The grounds are protected by a perimeter electric fence. Exterior areas and hallways are monitored by video surveillance.
Bears may be present in Sinaia. After dark, we recommend staying within the grounds or travelling by car.
