Enjoy the mountain air and the quiet of the forest in our Sinaia villa, just a 10-minute walk from the centre. You have an equipped kitchen or kitchenette, Wi-Fi and a garden with sun loungers and a gazebo. Coffee, tea and purified water are included. For a weekend for two, a family holiday or a few weekday nights in the mountains.

Forest apartments, close to the centre.
Choose the right space for your stay: Studio 4 for two guests, or one of four apartments with a bedroom and living room for up to four. The villa has a garden, and every unit has a balcony or terrace.
For extra space, Apartment 1 has 74 m², two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Apartments 3 and 5 also have two bathrooms each. Self check-in is available, and parking is free, subject to availability.

Hublou Home is an independent project by Carmen Pocovnicu, a Romanian entrepreneur. After opening her coworking space in Bucharest, Carmen brought the same care for comfort to Sinaia: five individual apartments in a forest villa designed to feel like home.

Where are the Hublou Home apartments?
The five apartments are in a forest villa at Strada Mihai Eminescu 24A, Sinaia, just a 10-minute walk from the centre.
Which apartment should I choose for two or four guests?
Studio 4 sleeps up to 2 guests. Apartments 1, 2, 3 and 5 sleep up to 4, with a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Compare layouts and facilities before booking.
Is there parking, and can I cook?
Free parking is available in the dedicated spaces in front of the property, subject to availability. Apartment 1 has a fully equipped kitchen; the other apartments and the studio have kitchenettes. All have Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace.
How do I check prices and availability?
Open the Bookings page for the 5stardesk calendar. There you can check rates and availability for your preferred dates. For questions, call +40 771 290 059 or email [email protected].
How is my booking confirmed, and what is the cancellation policy?
Your booking is confirmed after full online payment by bank card or Romanian holiday card. Cancellation is free until 48 hours before check-in. After that, payment is non-refundable. A cleaning fee of RON 100 per stay applies to every booking.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Self check-in is available from 15:00; your access code is sent on the day of arrival. Standard check-in is until 23:00, with later arrivals possible if arranged in advance. Check-out is by 11:00. If the apartment is available, we may offer free late check-out, confirmed on the morning of departure.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Please choose according to the stated capacity: Studio 4 for up to 2 guests, and the other apartments for up to 4.
